Training

The Overtis UK facility houses a full Customer Briefing and Training Centre that can be used to demonstrate as well as design, develop and test particular configurations for customers, including integration of VigilancePro with physical security systems such as CCTV and physical access control systems.

Two levels of Technical Training course are provided – each course lasting one day.

Technical Training Level 1 - Deployment and Use

Level 1 training is aimed at consultants, system engineers and support engineers that will be responsible for delivering VigilancePro pre-sales and post-sales support services, or who will be responsible for or involved in deployment of the solution.

Advanced level operational knowledge and experience of Microsoft Windows based systems and products should be considered a pre-requisite for the course.

At the end of the training attendees will be able to install and configure VigilancePro and have a thorough understanding of the core features (and application) of the solution enabling them to provide post-sales support.

Technical Training Level 2 - Integration and Advanced Features

Level 2 training is aimed at individuals that have already completed Level 1 training and covers advanced features of VigilancePro including:

  • CCTV/DVR/NVR integration
  • Finger Vein Reader integration / Transaction Layer functionality
  • Mobile Device and Mobile User Management
  • Scheduled Reporting and Archiving functionality

At the end of the training attendees will be able to integrate VigilancePro with CCTV and Finger Vein Readers and be able to configure and support advanced features of the solution.
