Whether you have been an Overtis customer for many years, or if you are new to the Overtis community, the Support site offers a rich source of technical information.

The site allows you to:

  • Register a new account and submit new tickets
  • Raise a new support ticket and submit it
  • Search the KnowledgeBase of common frequently asked questions
  • Use the TroubleShooter to find solutions to common issues
  • Download software updates and useful files, including testing tools
  • Search individual areas – or the entire SupportSite – for information
